Knock KnockDelete inside the app
Open Knock Knock and go to Account → Account & security → Delete account. Follow the confirmation steps to permanently delete your account.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, send a request from the email address associated with your Knock Knock account. Include your account email and username so we can locate the correct account.

We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request. After verification, we delete the account and associated profile, door, friendship, notification, room, message, and interaction data that is not required to be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
Deleting specific data
If you want to request deletion of specific information without deleting your entire account, email info@naidhruvatechnologies.in with the subject “Knock Knock data deletion request” and describe the information concerned.
